Veinasa-YW04 High Temperature Water Sensor Non-contact Nitrogen Level Stainless Steel Ultrasonic Optical Liquid Level Sensor

Installation
1. Attention should be paid to transmitter before installation:
A. the static pressure generated by the liquid at the installation site shall not exceed the measuring range of the transmitter.
B. whether the measured liquid is compatible with the structural material of the transmitter.
C. whether the measured liquid will block the liquid inlet of the transmitter.
2. Put the probe part of the liquid level transmitter directly into the pool or other liquid containers. If there is sediment or
sludge at the bottom of the measured liquid, the measuring part should keep a certain distance from the sediment or
sludge to avoid being blocked.
3. When installing in still water, such as deep wells and pools, put the measuring part directly into the water for measurement,
and pay attention to the place far away from the inlet and outlet of the pump. If it is unavoidable, the method of inserting steel
pipes or PVC water supply pipes should be adopted. The inner diameter of the pipes is about 45mm, and several holes should
be made at different heights of the pipes (on the side away from the pump) so that water can enter the pipes smoothly.
4. Installation method in running water, as shown in the figure, is to insert a steel pipe into the waterway with an inner diameter
of about 45mm, and make several small holes at different heights on the opposite side of the water flow direction (pay attention
to fixing the steel pipe) to avoid unstable output signal when running water enters the pipe.
